Reservations are recommended.
Arrive anytime!
All lots are assigned, please call Jerry before 2pm for lot number. If Jerry is not in the office, please pick up the registration and information packet at main office front door. Place registration and rent in the box located at the front door also.
Special rates apply during the following events: Festivals (Bikes Blues and Barbecue) and University of Arkansas Athletic Events.Reservations during these events is mandatory!
Call Jerry at (479) 442-2021 for reservations. If you receive voice mail, please leave a message. Jerry will return your call very quickly.
Rates (effective August 1, 2024):
Overnight with full hookups: $39.00 – for 2 people.
Military rates: $34.00 – for 2 people.

Weekly rates
Paid in advance cash or check only (checks MUST be made out to “JERRY PATTON”)
- Pet friendly with managers ok
- Tax included
- 30amp electric for two people or less, $190.00
- 50amp electric, $190.00
Monthly Rates
- Monthly rate $825 for two people includes all utilities.
Payments can be made by Cash or Check.sorry, no credit cards are accepted to keep your rates LOW!
